A baby who changes everything overnight. A kid who doesn't need you the same way anymore. A career you worked years for that suddenly doesn't fit the mother you've become. A child leaving for college and a house going quiet.
You may not know what's next. You only know something is ending, and you're somewhere in the middle of it.
Most mothers move through these seasons alone. We talk about our kids. We talk about the logistics. We rarely talk about what's happening to us underneath it.
Rebirth Conversations is where we do. It's a small gathering of mothers, from the first year through the teen years and beyond. Nobody tries to fix you. Nobody's selling anything. You don't need the answers, or even the words yet. Just a seat, and a few women who get it.
